Kuhio Beach Park
Waikiki Beach
It was named after Jonah Kuhio Kalaniana'ole,
the last Hawaiian royal in politics. His house stood on this beach.
You may think it's a silly idea that a "beach park" has one name,
but the beach next to it another. Nooo... not here :-)!
On top of that, the part of the beach behind the breakwater
has a nickname too: "The Ponds".
